It doesn't happen often but, when it does, he nails it! I found Matt in the kitchen on Saturday, he was on a mission to make a delicious meal. And delicious it was! I'm not surprised by his choice meal, it's one of his favorite foods,
Salmon Cakes. He loves salmon in every form. I on the otherhand, am not a huge fan of fish but, I can honestly say, I would gladly eat this again...and again, it was delicious! Mmmm-Mmm! He did all the prep work and cooking, I just make it look pretty. Bravo to Matt...you're welcome in this kitchen any time! ;)
