Bens Grocery List For His Total Body Transformation Diet - First Two Weeks

Ben has his grocery list in hand and is out picking up the necessary items he'll need to get serious with his diet.  He has already been making some changes over the past couple of weeks to prepare himself and we'll be highlighting those changes in an upcoming post.

For now, he has a simple, easily accessible grocery list of items he can pick up at his local grocery store or Walmart Supercenter.  It's all about ease and convenience!

Here's his list for the first two weeks:

□ 1 – 2lb container Whey Protein

□ 1 – 16oz bag almonds

□ 6 – 16oz low fat cottage cheese

□ 1 – small package low fat cheese sticks

□ 30 eggs

□ 1 package provolone cheese

□ 1 loaf wheat sandwich bread

□ 2 boxes Metrx Colossal bars

□ 2 boxes Clif Builders bars

□ 8 6oz packages Chicken of the Sea salmon:

□ 1 small container low fat mayo

Some items are listed by brand name whereas others can be purchased as generics.  His custom total body transformation diet plan includes the Metrx and Clif bars as well as the Chicken of the Sea salmon.  The nutritional information from those items have been logged and added to his daily eating plan (which will be available soon!).
Also, there are a handful of items here that will last longer than the initial two week period we've planned for at this point.

We've also included the following items that he'll pick up at the outset which will last for weeks and/or months:

GNC Ultra Mega Gold – 180 ct

Vitamin C – 1g tablets – best value = 500 ct

Fish, Flax & Borage Oil caps - 180 size

These supplements have also been factored into his eating plan to insure all nutritional bases are covered.
Ultimately, it becomes very economical to eat a strict, healthy diet of high quality foods.  You eat exactly what you need, never have unplanned leftovers, always 'eat everthing on your plate' and never throw anything out.  It's perfect eating efficiency!

Stay tuned for the details on recent lifestyle changes Ben has made to prepare as well as his diet plan!
