You Have TOTAL Control Over Your Diet - Rule With An Iron Fist!

How rare is that?  What else in your life can you honestly say you have TOTAL control over?  I don't know about you, but for me, not many.  Diet however, is something that nobody else determines for us.  Nobody is putting the food in our mouths, telling us we can only eat what they're giving us or forcing us to eat a certain amount.  All of these aspects are entirely up to us!  You've probably never looked at it this way before but it's 100% true and it's time to take advantage of it. 

 Here Are Some Tips To Insure YOU Control Your Diet:



It is entirely a mental battle - you against yourself.  Constantly have that internal conversation and ask:

Will this help me get closer to my goal?

A continuous focus on that simple statement will begin to instill the discipline required to get you through a total body transformation.

Create An Environment to Make Your Diet / Transformation As Easy As Possible

Don't have anything easily at hand to snack on that won't help you reach your goals.  Get rid of all the high fat, high calorie items in your home.  Only have high quality foods available that you know will fuel your body with everything it needs to be transformed. 

Prepare For Meals Away From Home

Whether it's lunch at work, a dinner party or some other meal where you won't be in the comfort of your own home you must plan accordingly.  Sometimes it's as easy as just bringing along a high quality meal replacement bar, drink or protein powder.  Most often you will need to prepare your properly portioned meals at home firt in a handy container to bring with you.  Whichever route you go, take that few extra minutes to prepare and know you'll have everything you need come meal time!

Make Correct Decisions When You Can't Prepare Your Meals Ahead Of Time

Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad - AttitudesYou can't always be ready for everything.  Sometimes you just need to 'wing it' and figure it out as you go.  Fortunately, you can still make good eating decisions on the fly even if the only thing available is fast food.  Your best options will be:  grilled chicken sandwiches with no dressing/mayo, grilled chicken salads with no dressing and a small or 6" grilled chicken sub if you're at a sandwich store - no mayo!  Basically, if you stick to the grilled chicken you'll be OK.




Don't Be Tempted By Cravings, Specials or Those People Who Take Joy In Trying To Get You To Break Your Diet

You're stronger than that!  You know you can make the right eating decisions.  You know that you have to remain focused on whether or not that food or meal will help you get closer to your goal.  You also know that whoever is trying to get you to break your diet is most likely jealous of your discipline and will power and they want to see you fail so they feel better. 

Simply, Don't Eat Anything That Will Hinder Your Progress

How easy is that?  Just don't do it, right?  It sure does sound easy but we all know how difficult it truly can be.  Us the tips above to your advantage - plan, prepare, make the right decisions and insure that you stay on the right track with your total body transformation diet!
